Basic motor manufacturing process
Machining process. It mainly includes the main supporting parts of the motor, such as the machining of the machine base, end caps and shafts, the precision machining of stators, rotors and other parts, and the machining of other structural parts.
● Iron core manufacturing process. It mainly includes punching and manufacturing of armature and pole cores, annealing and insulation of punching sheets, and the process of laminating punched sheets into parts.
